Description

A delicious and creamy garlic shrimp dish served over zoodles for a low-carb meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
