Description

Delicious and creamy garlic shrimp served over zucchini noodles with Parmesan.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until they turn pink.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  6. Add spiralized zucchini and toss to coat with the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu.
  • Serve with fresh parsley for garnish.
