Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium zucchini, spiralized
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until they turn pink.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Add spiralized zucchini and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu.
- Serve with fresh parsley for garnish.
