Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, heavy cream, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
  3. Add the broccoli florets, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  4. Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with olive oil. Pour the chicken mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the casserole.
