- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, heavy cream, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
- Add the broccoli florets, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with olive oil. Pour the chicken mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can mix in chopped spinach or bell peppers.
- Substitute cooked chicken with cooked shrimp or sausage for a different protein source.
