Description

A rich and creamy soup perfect for a keto diet, filled with ham and vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, add the diced ham, celery, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes and serve hot.
