Ingredients

- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, add the diced ham, celery, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes and serve hot.
Notes
- Great served with a sprinkle of cheese on top.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
