- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, sugar-free
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cream cheese, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Dunk each ball in the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
