A delicious and creamy salmon gratin recipe that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the sautéed spinach and cherry tomatoes.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread half of the salmon pieces evenly on the bottom. Pour half of the cream mixture over the salmon. Repeat with the remaining salmon and cream mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the gratin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice before baking.
- You can substitute the salmon with cooked shrimp or chicken for a different protein option.
