This creamy spinach and artichoke dip is the perfect holiday appetizer, bursting with flavor and sure to impress your guests!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or toasted bread.
