Description

A delicious and easy keto dessert option that combines creamy cheese with a crispy cinnamon coating.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup almond flour


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla, erythritol, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, coconut flour, and baking powder together.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until set, about 2-3 minutes each side.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cooked egg, then roll it up.
  6. Slice and serve the rolls, optionally dusting with extra erythritol and cinnamon.
