Description

These Crispy Keto Mozzarella Sticks are a perfect low-carb snack that satisfy your cheese cravings.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Dip mozzarella sticks in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Place the coated sticks in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the frozen mozzarella sticks until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with marinara sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, double dip the mozzarella sticks in the egg and flour mixture.
