- 2 medium heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure the florets are not overcrowded to ensure they roast evenly.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, try sprinkling some grated Parmesan cheese on the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- You can also experiment with different spices such as curry powder or Italian seasoning for a unique twist.
