Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure the florets are not overcrowded to ensure they roast evenly.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try sprinkling some grated Parmesan cheese on the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
