Description

A delicious low-carb treat combining dark chocolate and almond butter.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil


Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Pour a small amount of chocolate into the bottom of cupcake liners.
  3. Add a dollop of almond butter on top of the chocolate.
  4. Cover with more melted chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until set.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Can substitute almond butter with any nut butter of choice.
