Ingredients

  • 1 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp red food coloring


Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and red food coloring.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
  7. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
