Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Italian sausage balls that are perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
