Description

These Easy Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups are a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional cheesesteaks.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced steak
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
  3. Increase heat to high and add the steak; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until steak is browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
