- 1 pound thinly sliced steak
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Increase heat to high and add the steak; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until steak is browned and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
- Spoon the mixture onto the lettuce leaves and roll them up.
- Serve immediately.
