Description

Delicious and simple no bake peanut butter cookies that require minimal ingredients and time.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats until well combined.
  3. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
