Ingredients

- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Whisk the egg whites in a bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, cheese, bell peppers, and spinach to the eggs.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
- Cook until the edges begin to set, then flip carefully.
- Cook for an additional minute or until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
