Ingredients

- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine fava beans, mint leaves, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add salt to taste and blend again.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
