Description

A delicious and creamy fava bean puree with fresh mint, perfect as a dip or spread.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked fava beans
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine fava beans, mint leaves, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add salt to taste and blend again.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
