Description

This Flourless Black Cocoa and Chia Greek Yogurt Cake is a deliciously rich and indulgent dessert that is also healthy and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup black cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, black cocoa powder, honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
