Description

Delicious, rich, and fudgy brownies made without flour, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, cocoa powder, erythritol, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • Can be refrigerated for longer shelf life.
