- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, cocoa powder, erythritol, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- Can be refrigerated for longer shelf life.
