- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup flaxseeds
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- Salt, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- Dried oregano, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, and chia seeds.
- Add salt, paprika, and dried oregano to the seed mixture, adjusting the amounts to your taste.
- Pour in the water and mix thoroughly until all the seeds are well coated and the mixture is homogeneous.
- Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes to allow the seeds to absorb the water and thicken.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seed mixture evenly, leveling it out with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into squares or rectangles.
