Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup flaxseeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • Salt, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Dried oregano, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, and chia seeds.
  3. Add salt, paprika, and dried oregano to the seed mixture, adjusting the amounts to your taste.
  4. Pour in the water and mix thoroughly until all the seeds are well coated and the mixture is homogeneous.
  5. Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes to allow the seeds to absorb the water and thicken.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seed mixture evenly, leveling it out with a spatula.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into squares or rectangles.
