- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and sweetener.
- Add melted butter and combine until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then melt chocolate chips and mix in.
- Fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
