Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup sweetener (like erythritol)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and sweetener.
  3. Add melted butter and combine until crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then melt chocolate chips and mix in.
  7. Fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  8. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
