- 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced thin
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with soy sauce and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the marinated beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, and green onions.
- Top the salad with the cooked beef and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Drizzle with sesame vinaigrette and serve immediately.
