Description

This refreshing salad combines tender beef with a variety of fresh vegetables, topped with a flavorful sesame vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced thin
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with soy sauce and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the marinated beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, and green onions.
