Description

Delicious garlic butter meatballs that are juicy and flavorful, perfect for a quick meal or as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

  • These meatballs can be served over spaghetti or as a standalone appetizer.
  • Leftover meatballs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
