Description
A delicious low-carb flatbread topped with garlic chicken and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, spinach)
- 1/2 cup garlic sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until fully melted.
- Add egg, almond flour, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
- Transfer the flattened dough to a baking sheet.
- Spread the garlic sauce over the dough.
- Top with shredded chicken and mixed vegetables.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the chicken.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
