Description

A delicious low-carb flatbread topped with garlic chicken and vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, spinach)
  • 1/2 cup garlic sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until fully melted.
  3. Add egg, almond flour, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
  5. Transfer the flattened dough to a baking sheet.
  6. Spread the garlic sauce over the dough.
  7. Top with shredded chicken and mixed vegetables.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the chicken.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
