Description

A delicious and easy recipe for garlic-herb butter salmon baked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the garlic-herb butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve with additional herbs if desired.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the garlic-herb mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
