A delicious and easy recipe for garlic-herb butter salmon baked to perfection.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the garlic-herb butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and serve with additional herbs if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the garlic-herb mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or over a bed of rice.
