- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add parmesan cheese, egg, olive oil, and parsley, and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel form.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can store these bagels in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add more garlic powder or fresh herbs to the dough.
