Description

Delicious and easy-to-make garlic-parmesan bagels that are packed with protein from cottage cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Add parmesan cheese, egg, olive oil, and parsley, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel form.
  5. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can store these bagels in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For extra flavor, add more garlic powder or fresh herbs to the dough.
