- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, and psyllium husk powder. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a roll. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in some grated Parmesan cheese or Italian herbs into the dough.
- You can also brush the rolls with additional melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder right before serving for an extra garlicky kick.
