- 4 mahi mahi fillets
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place mahi mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove mahi mahi from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill fish for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
