Description

A delicious garlicky lemon marinade perfectly complements the mahi mahi fillets, creating a flavorful and healthy dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 mahi mahi fillets
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place mahi mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove mahi mahi from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill fish for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
