Description

This Gingerbread Granola is a delicious and festive treat, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts (e.g. pecans or walnuts)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, nuts, coconut flakes, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the granola mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
