These Gingerbread Keto Protein Balls are a delicious and healthy snack that fits perfectly into a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. Add the almond butter and sugar-free maple syrup to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
