- 200 grams Halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
- 200 grams cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the Halloumi cubes and cherry tomatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Thread the Halloumi and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating between them.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the Halloumi is golden brown.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm.
Notes
- To add more flavor, consider marinating the Halloumi for a longer time.
- These skewers can also be made in the oven if a grill is not available.
