Description

Delicious and easy Halloumi & Cherry Tomato Skewers, perfect for a keto-friendly grill night.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 grams Halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the Halloumi cubes and cherry tomatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Thread the Halloumi and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating between them.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the Halloumi is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve warm.

Notes

  • To add more flavor, consider marinating the Halloumi for a longer time.
  • These skewers can also be made in the oven if a grill is not available.
