Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, diced ham, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
