- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, diced ham, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a healthier option, you can substitute the heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
- Add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch if desired.
