- 1 cup French fried onions
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk, mixing well.
- In a baking dish, combine the cooked beef mixture, green beans, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and French fried onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute the cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken if preferred.
- For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños to the beef mix.
