Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and cut off the base of the stem. Slice the cauliflower head into thick slices, about 1 inch each, yielding approximately 4 to 6 slices.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spicy harissa sauce, extra virgin olive oil, onion powder, smoked chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Coat each side of the cauliflower slices with the harissa mixture using a brush or spoon, ensuring they are fully covered. Arrange the slices on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, turning them halfway through, until tender and golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. If desired, sprinkle with chopped cilantro or parsley before serving.
