A delicious bowl featuring harissa prawns, whipped feta, roasted peppers, and dukkah.
Ingredients

- 1 pound prawns
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup dukkah
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the prawns with harissa paste and olive oil, then spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast the prawns for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
- In a bowl, blend feta cheese with lemon juice until smooth.
- Layer the whipped feta on the bottom of a bowl, top with roasted peppers and prawns.
- Sprinkle dukkah on top and season with salt to taste.

- Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
- Adjust the level of harissa based on your spice preference.
