Description

A delicious bowl featuring harissa prawns, whipped feta, roasted peppers, and dukkah.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound prawns
  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup dukkah
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the prawns with harissa paste and olive oil, then spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast the prawns for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, blend feta cheese with lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Layer the whipped feta on the bottom of a bowl, top with roasted peppers and prawns.
  6. Sprinkle dukkah on top and season with salt to taste.
