- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (bell peppers, olives, onions)
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave until melted and stir until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the cheese mixture until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a heart shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce on top.
- Add fresh vegetables and pepperoni as toppings.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the toppings are cooked.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
