Description

A delightful heart-shaped pizza made with a low-carb Fathead dough, topped with fresh ingredients for a delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (bell peppers, olives, onions)
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave until melted and stir until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the cheese mixture until a dough forms.
  6. Shape the dough into a heart shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce on top.
  9. Add fresh vegetables and pepperoni as toppings.
  10. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the toppings are cooked.
  11. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
