A delicious and satisfying high-protein keto calzone that is perfect for a low-carb diet.

- 4 oz ground chicken
- 6–10 pepperoni slices
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- Italian seasonings (to taste)
- Optional Add-Ins:
- keto-friendly marinara sauce
- sliced mushrooms
- spinach leaves
- red pepper flakes
- garlic powder
- basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Italian seasonings, and any optional add-ins you desire. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out a piece of parchment paper and form the chicken mixture into a circle, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the mozzarella cheese slices and pepperoni on one half of the chicken circle.
- Fold the other half of the chicken over to create a calzone shape, sealing the edges by pressing them together.
- Brush the beaten egg over the top of the calzone for a golden finish.
- Carefully place the calzone in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the outside is crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
- Serve with keto-friendly marinara sauce if desired.

- For added flavor, sprinkle garlic powder or red pepper flakes into the chicken mixture.
- Experiment with different cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack for a unique taste.
