Description

Deliciously easy holiday ham and cheese puff pastry made keto friendly!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package keto puff pastry
  • 8 ounces cooked ham, diced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced ham, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley until well blended.
  3. Roll out the keto puff pastry and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the ham and cheese mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
