- 1 package keto puff pastry
- 8 ounces cooked ham, diced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced ham, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley until well blended.
- Roll out the keto puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the ham and cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with keto-friendly dipping sauce for extra flavor.
