Description

Deliciously crispy baked cauliflower bites coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Place the battered cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In a saucepan, heat honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil over medium heat until bubbling.
  7. Remove the baked cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the honey garlic sauce.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra crunch, broil for 1-2 minutes after baking.
