- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the battered cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a saucepan, heat honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil over medium heat until bubbling.
- Remove the baked cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the honey garlic sauce.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For an extra crunch, broil for 1-2 minutes after baking.
