Description

A delicious and flavorful seafood dish featuring crabs cooked in a spicy, aromatic garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 whole crabs
  • 1/2 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup red chili peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Clean and prepare the crabs.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and chopped chili peppers, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Introduce the crabs to the wok and stir well to coat them with the garlic and chili mixture.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  6. Cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes until the crabs are cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
