- 2 whole crabs
- 1/2 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup red chili peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Clean and prepare the crabs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped chili peppers, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Introduce the crabs to the wok and stir well to coat them with the garlic and chili mixture.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes until the crabs are cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- Serve hot with steamed rice.
- You can adjust the spiciness by varying the amount of chili peppers.
