Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, chipotle powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is slightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
