- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, chipotle powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Add cooked and crumbled bacon for an extra layer of flavor.
- Substitute chipotle powder with smoked paprika for a milder taste.
- For a thicker dip, add an extra ounce of cream cheese.
