Instructions
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol.
- Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat heavy cream, cream cheese, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spread the cream mixture evenly over the crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
