- 1 cup kefir
- 2 pounds chicken skins
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix kefir, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Add chicken skins to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove chicken skins from the marinade and let excess drip off.
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken skins in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and season with additional salt if desired.
- Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.

- For extra crunch, double fry the chicken skins.
- Serve with a dipping sauce for added flavor.
