Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
- Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Shape the dough into cookie rounds and place them on the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Let the cookies cool before serving.
