Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
  2. Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  4. Shape the dough into cookie rounds and place them on the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set.
