Description

Delicious low-carb almond flour chapati perfect for keto diets.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup hot water


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, xanthan gum, and salt.
  2. Add hot water gradually and knead until smooth.
  3. Divide dough into balls.
  4. Roll each ball into a thin chapati.
  5. Cook on a hot pan for a couple of minutes on each side.
