- 1/2 cup hot water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, xanthan gum, and salt.
- Add hot water gradually and knead until smooth.
- Divide dough into balls.
- Roll each ball into a thin chapati.
- Cook on a hot pan for a couple of minutes on each side.
