Description

A delicious low-carb dessert made with almond flour and ricotta cheese, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, ricotta cheese, melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
