- 1 cup erythritol
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy, then add the almond and vanilla extract.
- Combine both mixtures and mix until a dough forms.
- Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Let them cool before serving.
