Description

Delicious low-carb cookies made with almond flour and sweetened with erythritol, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup erythritol
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy, then add the almond and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine both mixtures and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  7. Let them cool before serving.
