- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and garlic powder.
- Stir in melted butter and 1 egg until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan.
- Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, oregano, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and the cheese is golden.
- Let the tart cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a twist, add cooked spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the filling for extra flavor.
- You can also substitute the mozzarella with feta cheese for a tangy taste.
