Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in melted butter and 1 egg until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan.
  5. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. In another bowl, mix the chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, oregano, and black pepper until well combined.
  7. Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust and spread evenly.
  8. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and the cheese is golden.
  10. Let the tart cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a twist, add cooked spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the filling for extra flavor.
