- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup diced pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheese, bacon, almond flour, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and all seasonings.
- Mix well and shape into a loaf in a loaf pan.
- Top with extra ketchup or cheese if desired.
- Bake for 45–55 min or until internal temp is 160°F.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure it’s fully cooked.
- Let it rest before slicing for best texture.
- Cover with foil if browning too fast.
