Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheese, bacon, almond flour, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and all seasonings.
  3. Mix well and shape into a loaf in a loaf pan.
  4. Top with extra ketchup or cheese if desired.
  5. Bake for 45–55 min or until internal temp is 160°F.
  6. Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
