Description

Delicious keto-friendly rolls made with bacon, eggs, and cheese for a perfect low-carb breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture into each cup.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the eggs are set and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
