- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture into each cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the eggs are set and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.

- These rolls can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
- Reheat in the microwave for a quick breakfast.
